WHAT IS ONLINE & VIRTUAL COACHING
Get help online via our online or virtual video analysis. Here you can get help virtually or submit videos with your phone or tablet of yourself or of your child working on a specific skill in the comfort of your own home.

We will work with you one on one, analyze video, breakdown and explain what things are being done well and what things need to be corrected for maximum performance.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

Spend one on one time with an instructor if you choose via video chat​ for 30 minutes

Analysis and breakdown of submitted video

Explanation and information, how, why and when we might use the skill

Second video submission to show improvement (minimum one week after to enable sufficient practice time)
