Explosive Speed, Quickness & Agility Training
Explosive speed and agility doesn't just come from training on the ice. If you see hockey players that are incredibly quick, agile and powerful it is because they work at it. Speed, power and agility starts off ice.
This is where we build and train the muscles to be explosive, we teach proper running technique to help encourage and engage the muscles needed to translate that power to the ice.
Combined with proper skating technique it then allows us transfer that off ice speed, agility and power directly to the ice.
