Mark Soares named BCHL Coquitlam Express Skills Coach

 

"We are excited to welcome aboard Express alumnus Mark Soares as the new Skills Coach.

​

Soares played for the Express from 2001-2006 where he helped the team capture an RBC Cup. He played in 199 games tallying 167 points. He now owns Maxx Force Hockey.

​

“With the departure of Justin Rai, I wanted to find someone who again played in our league and had been teaching skill development for awhile and as soon I thought about it, I knew Mark was the guy,” said Express GM Tali Campbell “I have made a real point this year to re-engage with our alumni and Mark was a member of the inaugural team and helped the team captures its only RBC Championship.”
